Visualization, interaction and aesthetics go hand in hand when designing your panels. Radio Zeeland DMP panels provide perfect situation awareness and control feedback by means of LED annunciation. These LED’s light up as soon as the command is followed up. Panel design, layout and dimming include all elements and are adapted to the overall panel look-and-feel. All functions can be visualized as desired.

One of the latest developments of Radio Zeeland DMP is the true glass bridge. Glass control panels offer new possibilities with respect to wheelhouse design. We have perfected the capacitive switching “glass switch” to provide reliable switching at all times, and preventing accidental control. Another total novelty in the market, is the panoramic display, which offers displays behind a curved piece of glass.

A glass panel is a printed glass covering electronics, the glass is bonded to a metal structure. There are a lot of different possibilities. These are: structure, back cover (outdoor), Hard-wired Button & Lamp, Analogue Gauge, Trackball, Joystick, Hand wheel, Hatches, 3rdParty Elements, Glass Panel, Glass ceramic screen printing and Features like:

Glass full colour digital print (CMYK), 750dpi resolution, photo quality.
RZ Capacitive switching for under glass control.
RGB back lighting standard.
Illuminated needle and face, standard 120mm diam. analogue gauge.
Sloped semi flush integration (for trackballs)
Flush mounted integration, recessed in glass for 3rdparty elements.
Integrated under foil, only with approved integration procedure with manufacturer or liability waiver for 3rdparty equipment.

We also provide foil bridges. A foil panel is a printed polyester film bonded to a metal top plate structure, covering electronics and equipment. There are a lot of different possibilities. These are: structure, back cover (outdoor), Foil embossing, Top plate, Hard-wired Button&Lamp, Analogue gauge, Trackball, Joystick, Hand wheel, Hatches, 3rdParty Elements, Foil screen printing, Foil full colour digital printing and Features like:

Foil full color digital print (CMYK), 750dpi resolution, photo quality.
Foil embossing (optional) for accredited Raytheon Anschütz integration.
Top plate machined 0.5mm recess chamber to hold and protect the foil.
Illuminated needle and face, standard 120mm diam. analogue gauge.
Sloped semi flush integration (optional) for trackballs
Flush mounted integration, recessed in top plate through foil, for 3rdparty elements.
Integrated under foil, only with approved integration procedure with manufacturer or liability waiver for 3rdparty elements.
